The story
Why Dattes exists.
Dattes came from a question: what do you pour when you want something that feels considered, but you do not want to pour wine?
Whole Medjool dates are soaked overnight, cold-pressed with almond milk, and finished with green cardamom and a pinch of salt. No cane sugar, no syrup, no concentrate.
Served over a single large cube, it is the drink our house is known for — the one guests ask about before they ask about the bread.
