What we hold, and why.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you join the letter we collect your email address only.

How we use it

• To bake, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order, by phone or email.
• To send the monthly letter, if you asked for it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the rider delivering your order. We do not store card details — payment is handled by a provider with its own security obligations.

Your choices

Every letter carries an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@orrea.com.

Cookies

Your basket is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Nothing in it is sent to us until you place an order.
