Orders

An order is confirmed once we have spoken to you and payment has been received. Because every loaf is baked to order, we cannot begin until that point.

Cutoffs

Each delivery area has its own cutoff, shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff move to the following day.

Changes and cancellations

You may change or cancel free of charge until 6pm on the day before delivery. After that the dough is already fermenting and we are unable to refund.

Delivery

We deliver within the stated window. If nobody is available, the rider will call. Orders left with a concierge or neighbour at your instruction are considered delivered.

If something is wrong

Tell us the same day and we will replace it or refund it, without argument. Write to hello@orrea.com or call +234 800 000 0000.

Allergens

Allergens are listed on every product page. Our bakery handles wheat, rye, milk, egg and tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
